In a world where online financial predators seem more and more common, we understand if you have reservations about entering your bank account information online. But fear not! Your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted.
Maintenance requests are handled through your resident portal or from our 24×7 maintenance phone line. To access the 24×7 maintenance phone line, you can dial our main office number at 314-266-4585 and select option 4. To submit a ticket from your resident portal, login to your portal and follow the prompts. If you do not yet have a login password for your tenant portal, please get started below.
STEP 1 – NOTICE & INFORMATION RELEASE: We ask that you give us at least 30 day notice before the date you would like to move. If the manager of your new home needs information from us, we ask that you fill out the information release form.
STEP 2 – MOVE-OUT & CLEANING: In order for us to give your full deposit back, you will need to ensure your home is clean and in good order when you move.
STEP 3 – SCHEDULE YOUR MOVE-OUT INSPECTION: You can use the link below to schedule your move-out inspection. We have to have this inspection done within 7 days of your move-out, so the sooner we can get everything scheduled after you move-out, the better.
STEP 4 – DEPOSIT RETURN: Your deposit is returned within 30 days after the end of your lease to the forwarding address you give us at your move-out inspection.
